Job summary

CAE Defence & Security – Indo-Pacific is seeking an IT System Architecture Specialist to design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT solutions that support business objectives and security requirements across regions.

The role leads architecture standards, designs end-to-end tech solutions, and collaborates with analysts, developers, and IT leadership. Hybrid work with occasional remote days is offered, and experience with cloud platforms and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in IT architecture, solution architecture, or systems design.
• Experience with enterprise architecture in complex environments.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent frameworks.
• Hands-on cloud experience (Azure/AWS).
• Understanding of APIs, ESB, and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards and guidelines.
• Design end-to-end technology solutions integrating applications, data, and infrastructure.
• Ensure architecture aligns with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Lead design sessions and provide architectural guidance across project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, PMs, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
