Job summary

What's Up! Living English in Tarragona is expanding and seeks dynamic teachers to join our new academy starting June. Teach English from beginner to advanced, with a lively, organized and initiative-driven approach.

Requirements include C2 English, NIE and Spanish Social Security, CELTA/TEFL/TESOL or similar, a passion for teaching adults and teens, social and energetic, and willingness to participate in student activities. Spanish/Catalan helpful; work rights required.

Qualifications

• Must have C2 level English and be legally eligible to work in Spain (NIE + Social Security).
• CELTA/TEFL/TESOL or equivalent required.
• Spanish/Catalan knowledge is a plus.

A company specialising in teaching English as a second language in the process of expansion, with 35 centres in Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Bilbao, Badalona, Hospitalet, Sabadell, Málaga Terrassa, Girona and Barakaldo) is looking for dynamic teachers in Tarragona to join our new academy!

This position will start in June.

Functions:

Requirements:

We're looking for someone with spark and a certain fun, social energy to add to our teaching team in Tarragona.

They should:

• Be a C2 English speaker
• Have a NIE and a Spanish Social Security Number
• Have a passion for teaching adults and teenagers
• Be social, active, and energetic
• Be extroverted and open-minded
• Be excited about participating with students in social events
• Be adaptable and empathetic
• Have a CELTA/TEFL/TESOL or similar qualification

Teaching experience is not necessarily required, but obviously a plus!

Spanish and Catalan also a plus!
