La persona seleccionada aportará conocimiento estratégico de desarrollo y input técnico en tareas concretas, y participará en procesos de transferencia tecnológica para obtener productos biológicos conforme a especificaciones de clientes.

Se valorará experiencia en procesos upstream y/o downstream, GMP, capacidad para trabajar en equipo, iniciativa y resolución de problemas.

Formación

• Experiencia en procesos upstream y/o downstream en biotecnología.
• Trabajar según GMP y verificación de lotes.
• Preparación de documentos como registros de lote electrónicos y SOPs.
• Capacidad para identificar problemas técnicos y proponer soluciones.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar supervisión de desarrollo estratégico y aporte técnico.
• Participar en procesos de transferencia tecnológica.
• Contribuir a actividades de laboratorio rutinarias.
• Trabajar en un entorno internacional y en turnos.

The successful candidate will join 3PBIOVIAN, in Navarra, Spain, as part of our Scale Up and Manufacturing department.

The candidate will be expected to provide strategic development oversight know-how and technical input in specific tasks and in the group in general. In addition, the candidate will be involved in the manufacturing to obtain products (biomass or recombinant proteins) with the specifications required by our clients, in the execution of the tech transfer processes; as well as contribution to routine laboratory activities.

What we ́re looking for:

• Experience in either Manufacturing departments in upstream and/or downstream processes, in the biotechnological industry.
• People who have performed manufacturing activities in either the Upstream processing or Downstream processing area according to GMP guidelines, ensuring batch execution, evaluating test results, resolving issues and make proposals for resolution.
• People who assists document preparation (e.g electronic batch records, SOPs) specific to the assigned manufacturing area.
• Experience in working with industrial-scale bioreactor and filtration systems is desirable.
• Experience in a GMP environment.
• Proven initiative and independent thinking to deliver tasks on time, whilst working in a team environment.
• A person capable to identify technical and scientific problems and discuss possible solutions.
• Fluency in Spanish, fluency in English is considered a plus.
• Open to work in shifts.
