We are recruiting an English-speaking Lead Generator for our client located in beautiful Barcelona (relocation provided)
Requirements:
- Proficient level (C2) in English (written and spoken) and understanding of cultural nuances in that market.
- Excellent knowledge in IT and technically minded
- Very good knowledge of telemarketing / sales
- Outbound experience / sales experience
- Identification of new sales opportunities
- Very good self-organisation
- High social competence, team worker
- Authenticity and self-confidence
- Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle
- Ability to build great credibility over the phone with prospects
- A goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance
- Proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Communication: Expertise in communicating persuasively with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and other channels. Ability to convey the value proposition of products/services effectively.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Familiarity with SEO principles to enhance visibility and attract leads through online channels. Knowledge of both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Social Selling: Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) for lead identification and engagement. Ability to build relationships and credibility through social interactions.
- Customer Targeting: Skill in organising and prioritising leads based on their level of interest and potential fit with the business.
