Técnicas Reunidas is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate the project engineering team across HO and on-site duties. The role reports to the Project Director and Corporate Project Management area, ensuring technical quality, adherence to the contract, and efficient delivery of engineering work.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in power projects, a solid understanding of project cycles, and excellent English communication skills with willingness to travel internationally

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Min 10 years of experience, primarily in Power projects.
• Knowledge of the complete Project Cycle: Construction, Procurement, Engineering, and Processes.
• High level of English (C1) and international mobility to the project site.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Engineering leaders to guarantee technical quality, deadlines, and costs.
• Lead the Engineering Plan issuance and ensure compliance.
• Ensure integrity of engineering design and adherence to specs, HSE, QA, and QC requirements.
• Participate in client meetings to review engineering activities and deliverables (e.g., P&IDs, design, 3D model, HSE studies).
• Lead coordination of engineering consistency analyses and support Change Notifications assessments.
• Manage budgets and hours for internal and subcontracted engineering resources.
