K-LAGAN seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive value delivery, grow and mentor teams, and guide the development of scalable software. You will manage cycles, define team structures, and oversee onboarding to ensure strong product outcomes.

You will promote continuous improvement, collaborate with product managers, and uphold software engineering best practices across CI/CD and testing in a multicultural, hybrid setup based in Coruña, Spain.

Formación

• For 3+ years, led engineering teams and worked with product managers on software products.
• Passion for team growth and professional development.
• Experience designing distributed, scalable systems with best practices.

• Ensure Value Delivery to our customers through rigorous planning, managing dependencies, risks and team blockages proactively.

• Lead the development cycle, the evolution of teams and systems, optimizing their life cycle, defining team structures and guiding selection and onboarding processes.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement: ensure optimal performance in production, identifying and leading quality improvements in the areas that require it.

Our ideal profile has:

• More than 3 years leading successful engineering teams and actively collaborating with product managers in the development of software products.
• Passion for team growth and individual development.
• Experience in development and design of distributed and scalable systems.
• In-depth knowledge of software engineering best practices (coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, testing).
• Have a high level of English since you will be working with a multicultural team.
• Be willing to move to La Coruña - Galicia - Spain. We offer Visa Sponsor.
