You will work closely with the CTO and technical leadership, improving system performance and defining multicloud architecture. Candidates should have at least 5 years of backend development experience, with strong programming skills in Python and a solid understanding of microservices and RESTful APIs. Are you a seasoned Backend Engineer ready to make a meaningful impact at a fast-growing startup? Join our core tech team and help build the scalable, robust backend systems that power our next-generation AI platform.

This role offers significant influence from day one, working closely with the CTO and technical leadership.

What You’ll Do :

You will be involved across the full product lifecycle, from conception to deployment. Key responsibilities include :

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs for our AI platform.
• Improve system performance, focusing on networking, latency, and memory management.
• Define and implement multicloud architecture.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and observability systems.
• Build integration layers for CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Manage CI / CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure deployments.
• Collaborate with leadership on end-to-end backend architecture.

What We’re Looking For :

• ~5+ years of backend development experience.
• ~ Strong programming skills in Python.
• ~ Proven experience with microservices and RESTful APIs.
• ~ Experience integrating with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
• ~ Comfortable with NoSQL and SQL databases.
• ~ Clear and effective communication skills.
