Drees & Sommer is seeking an IT Architect Endpoint Management to join its IT team. The role supports internal users across countries, contributes to system administration, and ensures secure endpoint environments with governance and compliance aligned to BSI-CON-11.1. Málaga office.

The position involves flexible hours due to international scope. Key responsibilities include architecture design, project leadership, and strong collaboration with IT security, infrastructure, and operations teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, IT Operations, or advanced IT Support.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions.
• Knowledge of software packaging and application deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of endpoint security and compliance concepts.
• PowerShell knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English (C1)

Responsabilidades

• Develop and design a highly secure endpoint management environment with clear target architectures, standards, and governance models.
• Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory requirements are embedded into endpoint architectures and operational processes.
• Evaluate, design, and implement new endpoint technologies and solutions to improve the digital workplace experience.
• Lead endpoint management projects from planning and design through implementation and operational transition.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for complex endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
• Manage incidents through their full lifecycle and drive permanent resolution of recurring issues.
• Configure, test, and optimize device policies, compliance policies, and endpoint security controls.
• Monitor endpoint compliance and support device lifecycle management processes.
• Oversee software packaging, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management for business applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application deployment and device management issues.
• Validate new endpoint configurations and solutions before production rollout.
• Participate in pilot deployments and automation efforts for service improvement.
• Coordinate interfaces between IT Security, Infrastructure, Workplace Services, and Operations teams.
• Act as a technical advisor and escalation point for endpoint topics.
• Support knowledge sharing within the Endpoint Management team.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and architecture standards.
• Document recurring issues and architectural decisions.
• Ensure processes align with security and compliance requirements.
