Job summary

Residència Gent Gran de Gràcia is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee and coordinate the upkeep of its facilities in Barcelona. The role focuses on ensuring the proper operation of installations and equipment, following directives from the supervisor.

Applicants should have FP Superior in maintenance and services to production and Catalan language skills (C1). The position runs Monday to Friday with a 7:30 hour daily schedule and offers a gross monthly salary between 1,600 and 1,800

Qualifications

• Experience of 1 year in maintenance of installations.
• Valuable experience in monitoring, coordination and management of maintenance work in similar centers.
• Must have FP Superior and Catalan C1 certificate.

Responsibilities

• Will monitor, coordinate and manage maintenance work for installations, equipment and facilities according to supervisor directives to ensure proper infrastructure upkeep.
