Job summary

OTTO Work Force seeks a Logistics Employee – FLEX Warehouse in Oostrum, Netherlands to join a modern warehouse and an international team. You will ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time through hands-on picking, packing, and shipment preparation.

This active role offers stable scheduling and opportunities to develop logistics skills. Warehouse experience is welcome but not required, with potential overtime and shift allowances depending on duties.

Qualifications

• Motivation and a practical, hands-on approach to work.
• Good physical fitness.
• Experience in logistics or warehousing is an advantage, but not required.
• Experience using an electric pallet truck or reach truck, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Flexibility to work different shifts when required.
• Availability for long-term employment.
• Ability to communicate in English and/or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Pick products using a handheld scanner.
