Job summary

Amazon in Oviedo is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure the area keeps pace with demand. You will drive safety, productivity, and customer service while managing daily operations and escalations.

Based at one of our site locations, you will monitor performance, implement improvements, and work with engineers and other managers to optimise shift processes. English proficiency and data-analysis experience are required.

Qualifications

• Completed University degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
