Vestas is seeking an experienced procurement specialist to support the EMEA Logistics Procurement team. You will manage sourcing for inland transport and logistics services, lead competitive price benchmarks, and negotiate agreements across stakeholders to meet schedules, quality standards, and project budgets.

Based in Madrid, this individual contributor role requires a strong track record in strategic sourcing, plus proficiency with SAP Ariba and fluent English. German is an advantage.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation, or service management within multinational environments.
• Experience in procuring transportation and logistics services within construction, infrastructure, energy, or project-based industrial sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to interpret numbers and run financial benchmarks.
• Proficient in sourcing processes and procurement platforms, with knowledge of SAP Ariba.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); German is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Transport Sourcing & Negotiation: manage sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of contracts for inland transport and logistics services.
• Cost Analysis & Benchmarking: develop transportation cost models, price benchmarks, and provide cost-based recommendations.
• Stakeholder Management & Negotiation: negotiate with multiple stakeholders to align business objectives.
• Bidding & Project Support: collaborate with sales and tendering to calculate costs and secure supplier capacity.
• Contract Monitoring & Supplier Performance: ensure contract compliance and monitor delivery targets.
