Vestas Technology & Operations in Madrid is seeking an experienced procurement specialist to support the EMEA Logistics Procurement team. You will manage sourcing and commercial negotiations for specialized transport services, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met across the region.

The role is an Individual Contributor position with no direct reports, requiring strong cost analysis, benchmarks, and stakeholder management to secure advantageous agreements and long-term partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing and commercial negotiation experience.
• Experience procuring transport and logistics services in project-based sectors.
• Strong ability to interpret numbers and run financial benchmarks.
• Proficient in SAP Ariba and procurement platforms.
• Fluent English; German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Source and negotiate contracts for inland transport and logistics services.
• Develop transportation cost models and price benchmarks.
• Negotiate with multiple stakeholders across suppliers, operations, and finance.
• Collaborate with sales and tendering during bidding to cost logistics.
• Ensure contract compliance and monitor supplier performance.
