Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs and Product Stewardship specialist to bridge regulatory experts with the business across EMEA. You will monitor developments and translate requirements into actionable plans, ensuring products stay compliant and marketable while supporting sustainability goals.

The role involves leading stewardship reviews, coordinating with multiple functions, and guiding management on change processes to adapt to evolving regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (chemistry/chemical engineering/environmental science).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, or related fields.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory information into clear business guidance.
• Strong project planning and coordination abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the bridge between regulatory experts and the business across EMEA.
• Monitor and assess regulatory and sustainability developments impacting the product portfolio.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical business recommendations and implementation plans.
• Lead product stewardship reviews and identify emerging compliance risks.
• Respond to inquiries related to product stewardship and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure products remain compliant, marketable, and aligned with sustainability objectives.
• Collaborate with regulatory experts to evaluate changes and impacts.
• Support product sustainability activities for new development projects.
• Provide stewardship guidance for management of change decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA in multiple functions.
• Support implementation of evolving regulatory requirements across the business.
• Report to the Business Global Sustainability Leader.
