Mattel EMEA is offering a Media Intern position to support the regional Amazon Media team across brands and markets. You will help ensure timely delivery of media initiatives, manage Brand Stores, assist with reporting, and coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are marketing/BA/economics students or graduates with English proficiency, MS Office skills, and a proactive, analytic mindset; hybrid work with a monthly EUR 925 internship allowance in Barcelona.

Formación

• A student/graduate of Marketing, Business Administration/Economics or a comparable degree program.
• Ideally, already gained some initial experience in Media, Marketing or Sales.
• Strong English language skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. An additional European language is an advantage.
• A communicative and open-minded person who is quick to understand new topics.
• Strong analytic skills.
• Work independently and reliably.
• Curious and excited to discover the great variety of our brand portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Support media campaign planning and execution across EMEA markets.
• Coordinate campaign setup with agencies and Amazon teams, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Validate media briefs and ensure all required product and campaign information is available prior to campaign launch.
• Track campaign timelines and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Maintain Brand Stores across key brands and coordinate asset updates.
• Prepare recurring media performance reports and dashboards.
• Monitor campaign execution and provide optimization recommendations.
• Conduct keyword reviews to support local media relevance and search performance.
