Mattel Iberia is seeking a passionate intern for our Barcelona office to learn and develop in a multinational setting. You will support the Regional Marketing Digital Team to drive the eRetail strategy across Europe, with emphasis on Amazon, ensuring content readiness and optimal product detail pages.

The role requires a Marketing-related degree, English fluency, strong Excel skills, and a curious, collaborative mindset. Hybrid internship with a monthly allowance and benefits is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related fields.
• Experience in Marketing or with Market Places.
• Experience using Salsify Platform is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Analytical, learning agility and creativity.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Team player and multicultural mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Regional Marketing Digital Team to execute the eRetail strategy across EMEA, focusing on Amazon.
• Ensure launch readiness from content perspective (localized assets, images).
• Maintain Product detail page quality in Amazon with LiveCheck and Brand Compliance trackers.
• Log into Vendor Central and edit product attributes for readiness.
• Coordinate AB testing insights and suggest content improvements and ideation.
