Job summary

Stryker is seeking a strategic leader to own the AIS portfolio across EMEA, defining where we play, how we win, and the accompanying investments. You will shape clinical and technical needs into a robust strategy and portfolio, supported by regional marketing and product management teams.

In this role, you’ll build a multi-year roadmap, manage branding, pricing and launches, and partner with divisional teams to grow the portfolio through new products and extensions while ensuring strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of work experience required.
• MBA preferred.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
• Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA AIS business strategy: where we play, how we win and the investment behind it.
• Understand clinical and technical needs of stroke teams; shape strategy and portfolio.
• Build annual marketing plan and 3–5 year roadmap with marketing teams.
• Own regional product management from launch to phase-out.
• Own branding, messaging, positioning and pricing based on market insights.
• Lead the launch pipeline and ensure adoption targets.
• Partner with divisional teams to grow portfolio via new products and line extensions.
• Build position across the whole stroke pathway with tech partners.
• Turn strategy into actionable plan with tools and tactics.
• Own the numbers: sales, share, price, margin and brand perception.
