Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) is seeking an embedded software developer to design, implement and deliver secure software increments for our next-generation devices at our Sant Joan Despí site in Spain. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, aligning with quality standards and security requirements.

The role requires hands-on experience in embedded software, proficiency in Java/C/C++/Python, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Experience in embedded software development (2+ years).
• Proficiency in Java, C, C++, and Python.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with ARM Cortex‑M and cybersecurity concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the whole SW development process.
• Requirements analysis to estimate and commit on a release plan and sprint plans.
• Contribute to the SW architecture design.
• Implement software with focus on security and embedded non‑functional requirements.
• Collaborate in code reviews from architectural and security perspectives.
• Verify and validate product behavior against requirements.
• Support continuous SW process improvement.
