Clue is expanding and seeks an Electronic V&V Technician to manage an advanced R&D laboratory in Málaga, handling state-of-the-art equipment and challenging validation tasks. The role offers ownership of testing campaigns, qualification activities, and close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure product readiness.

You will perform reworks, support cable assemblies, run tests, and contribute to environmental/EMC campaigns while ensuring high quality and reliability of avionics-like

Formación

• Formal studies or equivalent certification in electronics.
• Proven expertise in efficiently managing an R&D laboratory, including inventory and equipment inspection.
• Ability to identify hazards related to its activities and operating environment, and involve all key personnel and relevant stakeholders.
• Proficient in the design, assembly, and modification of setups, with a talent for crafting test cable assemblies.
• Knowledge of laboratory tools (oscilloscope, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Define reworks for manufactured products (e.x. fix PCBAs issues).
• Support in Test cable assembly definition and manufacturing support.
• Development team support during tests.
• Qualification Campaign: tooling preparation (environmental, EMC).
• Environmental and EMC campaign support.
• Test Plan Execution: evidences generation and traceability.
• Board characterizations: long-term tests data collection (eye diagrams, BER).
• Cross-test data collection (cross-talk, etc.).
• Thermal data collection during board commissioning.
• Pre-qualification test support (environmental, EMI/EMC).
• Industrialization: end-to-end ownership of test execution, deployment, delivery.
• Foreign object damage prevention and awareness.
• Unit Test Measurement (High-speed, Power integrity, etc.).

What is the job about?

The Electronic V&V Technician will be responsible for managing an R&D laboratory in which state-of-the-art equipment is prepared. The technician will have the opportunity to face major technological challenges and participate in one of the most critical stages in the product's life cycle.

What will you do?

• Define reworks for manufactured products (e.x. fix PCBAs issues)
• Support in Test cable assembly definition and manufacturing support
• Development team support during tests
• Qualification Campaign
  • Tooling preparation (environmental, EMC...)
  • Support during the Environmental and EMC campaign
• Test Plan Execution
  • Evidences generation and traceability
• Board characterizations
  • Launch and collect data of long-term tests such as eye diagram measurements and BER measurements.
  • Launch and collect data for cross-test as cross-talk measurements
  • Launch and collect data on thermal during board commissioning
  • Support during pre-qualification test (environmental, EMI/EMC)
• Industrialization task
  • End-to-end ownership of the systems supporting the manufacturing process, spanning test execution, deployment, and final product delivery.
• Foreign object damage prevention and awareness.
• Unit Test Measurement (High-speed, Power integrity, etc)

What profile are we looking for?

Mandatory:

• Formal studies or equivalent certification in electronics.
• Proven expertise in efficiently managing an R&D laboratory, including inventory and equipment inspection.
• Ability to identify hazards related to its activities and operating environment (technical, environmental, human and related to organizational factors), and involve all key personnel and relevant stakeholders. Be proactive in reporting them internally.
• Proficient in the design, assembly, and modification of setups, with a talent for crafting test cable assemblies.
• Knowledge of laboratory tools (oscilloscope, etc.)
