Whitewater Group seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and deliver complex electrical and instrumentation systems for international projects. The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and site personnel from concept to commissioning.

The ideal candidate has experience in electrical design, instrumentation, and control systems, with strong documentation skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset for fast-paced environments.

Formación

  • Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering or Higher Degree Training Cycle.
  • Experience in industrial projects, especially Oil & Gas, energy or water treatment.
  • Knowledge of IEC, UL, NFPA, IEEE standards.
  • Experience in FEED phases and detailed engineering.
  • Minimum English B2 for technical docs.

Responsabilidades

  • Verify documentation complies with quality standards and regulations.
  • Review and implement KKS and ISA regulations.
  • Develop IO lists, cable schedules, and control panel subs.
  • Tabulate technical offers of instrumentation and control systems.
  • Develop electrical deliverables: wiring diagrams, cable lists, BOMs, SLDs, and panels in EPLAN.
  • Participate in control system design: PLCs, distributed systems, ESD, monitoring.

About The Role

As Whitewater Group continues to expand internationally across multiple markets, we are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the design and delivery of complex electrical and instrumentation systems across multiple projects. This role will play a key part in the development, coordination, and technical delivery of electrical engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and quality requirements throughout the design and implementation phases. Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, vendors, and site personnel, the successful candidate will contribute to the design of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems while supporting the efficient execution of projects from concept through to commissioning.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail‑oriented with strong technical knowledge of electrical design, instrumentation, and control systems. They will have experience producing high‑quality engineering documentation, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring technical accuracy across project deliverables. A collaborative mindset, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment will be key to successfully supporting the delivery of innovative and high‑performance infrastructure projects.

Your profile
  • Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering or Higher Degree Training Cycle
  • Experience in industrial projects, especially in sectors such as Oil & Gas (Upstream/Downstream), energy or water treatment.
  • Knowledge of applicable international standards (IEC, UL, NFPA, IEEE).
  • Experience in FEED phases and detailed engineering.
  • Minimum level of English B2 (essential for technical documentation and international environments).
  • Handling of CAD tools such as AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN P8.
  • Experience with documentation of instrumentation equipment connections such as: Control valves, On‑Off valves, self‑regulating valves. Level, differential pressure, radar, magnetic elements. Flow meters: Vortex, Coriolis, ultrasound, magnetic, positive displacement type. Temperature meters: thermometers, RTDs, multimeters, thermocouples. Pressure, differential pressure, flow and temperature transmitters.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Verify that the technical documentation complies with the applicable quality standards and regulations.
  • Review and implement KKS and ISA regulations.
  • Develop lists of IO lists and cable schedules, as well as control panel technical subs.
  • Tabulate technical offers of instrumentation and control systems.
  • Develop electrical deliverables: wiring diagrams, cable lists, routing layouts, routing, BOMs, SLDs and electrical panels schematics using EPLAN.
  • Participate in the design of control systems: PLCs, distributed systems, emergency shutdown systems, and monitoring of rotating equipment.
