Rijk Zwaan Ibérica is seeking a Selector Eggplant to strengthen our breeding team in El Ejido (Almería, Spain). You will work on new varieties, plant concepts and disease resistances, alternating between greenhouse and office duties.

You will collaborate with market teams and sales, travel internationally for trials, and contribute to the breeding program's strategic direction, ensuring quality and timely results.

Responsabilidades

• Breeding tasks: phenotyping, evaluation and administration of various trials, on location and abroad.
• International travel to judge variety trials.
• Setting up variety trials with customers or research institutes.
• Participate in strategic discussions about the breeding program.
