Fever in Madrid is hiring an Editorial Executive to lead content creation for our Secret Media Network expansion. You will manage a diverse team of editors, writers, video producers, and social creatives while ensuring high editorial standards and brand voice across markets.

You will work with seasoned editors to elevate content in established cities and develop formats for expansion, using data to guide strategy and partnerships to broaden the audience.

Formación

• 5+ years in newsroom, content agency, or digital media.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Passion for journalism, social media, and digital marketing.
• Strong writing with data‑driven mindset.
• Experience with media mapping and external partnerships.
• Proficiency with social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X.
• English plus bilingual French.
• Knowledge of AI-driven workflows and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creation of compelling content for the SMN across markets.
• Manage and mentor editors, writers, video producers, and social creatives.
• Scope responsibility for the French and Belgian markets.
• Set and uphold editorial standards aligned with brand voice.
• Collaborate with editors and video/social teams to drive audience growth.
• Analyze city data to inform future strategy.
• Identify editorial partnerships to broaden audience.
• Coordinate, assign, and prioritize editorial work within the team.
