We are currently seeking a SAP HR / FI-AP specialist for a hybrid project based in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, deliver, and maintain finance business applications aligned with client strategies, focusing on Cytric and its integrations with systems like Workady and S4H, including expense posting and employee payment processes.
• Support the Finance & People Solutions team in enabling Digital Business Solutions and Transformation Services to improve client performance through process automation.
• Understand internal customer requirements, propose, and implement solutions while maintaining standard processes and tools.
• Automate end-to-end travel and expenses solutions, recommend system solutions based on high-level business requirements, and ensure end-to-end consistency.
• Validate detailed requirements, ensure solutions meet expectations, and create user documentation and educational materials.
• Provide functional design, analyze impacts on existing processes, and define specifications using standard solutions.
• Guide solution construction, perform testing, and support deployment and integration activities.
• Deliver solutions on time, focusing on agile development cycles, and define TCO strategies for production deployment.
• Provide application support, propose enhancements, and coordinate team activities.

Required Skills

• Over 2 years of experience with S4H and Cytric or similar travel expenses tools, including participation in implementations, upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.
• Experience with Cytric or other expense management tools (e.g., Concur, Coupa).
• Knowledge of corporate support functions and Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with SAP TME full cycle, SAP HR, and SAP FI-AP, including integration with SAP HR.
• Experience working with external teams.
• Degree in Finance & Accounting.
