Job summary

Think Ahead Academy is seeking dedicated educators to teach Economics & Business to high-achieving students in Madrid. In-person or hybrid classes with a maximum of five students per class, you will deliver weekly lessons using our innovative methodology and ready-to-use materials.

We value candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields and at least one year of experience teaching IGCSE, A-Level, or IB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching IGCSE, A-Level, or IB curricula.
• Native-level or advanced English (C1).
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly engaging lessons in Economics & Business (in-person or hybrid).
• Leverage small class sizes (≤5 students) to tailor instruction.
• Participate in team meetings and share best practices.
• Provide regular feedback to students and coordinators.
