T-Systems is seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Expert to strengthen agile delivery and scaling across multiple teams in a complex enterprise environment. You will facilitate Scrum events, coach teams in agile principles, and support product owners in backlog refinement to ensure reliable delivery of business and IT initiatives.

You will work with distributed European and German teams, drive continuous improvement, remove impediments, and foster collaboration and self-organization in a hybrid

Formación

• Must have extensive experience as Scrum Master/Agile Coach in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with distributed European teams.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Nice to have: SAFe or other scaling framework experience.
• Good German language skills.

Job Description

The project focuses on strengthening agile delivery and operational excellence within the T‑IAA ING organization. The Scrum Master / Agile Expert supports multiple agile teams in scaling agile practices, improving collaboration, and ensuring reliable delivery of business and IT initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
