SYNLAB group in Barcelona is seeking a SAP ABAP Fiori Technical Expert to drive end-to-end SAP development, leveraging ABAP, OData, CDS Views, and Fiori/UI5.

You will design and maintain custom SAP applications, mentor junior developers, and lead initiatives such as data migrations and system upgrades in a global, cross-functional environment.

Fluency in English is required; a strong SAP architecture background with S/4HANA experience is highly valued.

Formación

• 9+ hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, OData, CDS Views, and Fiori/UI5 development.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying complex SAP applications.
• Strong SAP architecture knowledge and integration points.
• Experience in global rollouts.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

As an SAP ABAP Fiori Technical Expert, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end SAP solution development, leveraging ABAP and modern Fiori/UI5 technologies. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance technical solutions that align with business goals. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain custom SAP applications, ensuring quality through code reviews and rigorous testing. You will also act as a technical authority, supporting critical initiatives such as system upgrades, data migrations, and issue resolution, while ensuring seamless integration within the SAP landscape. Beyond hands-on development, you will take on a leadership role - mentoring junior developers, guiding technical decisions, and contributing to project planning and delivery in a global, cross functional environment. This position requires a strong foundation in SAP architecture, extensive experience with ABAP, OData, CDS Views, and Fiori/UI5, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges in a structured and solution-oriented way.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 9+ hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, OData, CDS Views, and Fiori/UI5 development.
• Proven ability to design, build, and deploy complex SAP applications.
• Excellent understanding of SAP architecture and integration points.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical challenges.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with leadership qualities and team management experience.
