Formación

• 8 to 10 years of experience as a Contract Manager or Claim Consultant in construction.
• Expertise in claim management including analysis and preparation.
• Ideally have qualifications as MRICS, CIOB, CIArb.

• Provide advice on contractual obligations.
• Support claim preparation and dispute resolution.
• Negotiate variations, claims, and commercial agreements.
