Formación

We are seeking a talented Scrum Master to join our team and work on IT projects.

Job Description

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE:

As a Scrum Master, you will coordinate high-performing teams using agile methodologies, tracking metrics to measure execution, identifying inefficiencies, and reporting product progress to senior management. Your role will ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of team outputs while driving continuous improvement.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in transactional banking.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and team coordination.
  • Proficiency in SWIFT messaging and ISO 20022 standards.
  • Basic programming knowledge and advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
  • Fluent in both English (C1) and Spanish (C1).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain an up-to-date Jira backlog aligned with the Product Owner and team specifications.
  • Identify and manage dependencies (internal and external) based on business requirements.
  • Address and resolve blockers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Generate and analyze team performance metrics.
  • Organize sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide governance by keeping stakeholders informed about the product's status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate on requirements gathering and global product implementations.
  • Contribute to the product team’s pursuit of continuous improvement.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration.
