Trifork is on the lookout for an experienced Senior SAP Customer Experience Consultant to join its expanding team in Barcelona. You will lead SAP CX implementation projects, collaborate with international teams, and help clients optimize customer engagement processes.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud. A flexible hybrid work model and continuous learning opportunities are also offered.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Customer Experience or related roles.
• Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end CX projects.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP Customer Experience implementation and transformation projects.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable SAP CX solutions.
• Provide best-practice guidance and strategic consulting to customers.
