Element Logic is seeking an IT Integration Manager to drive the IT architecture and project delivery for warehouse solutions across Europe. You will guide customers on IT issues during sales, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure successful go-lives.

The role requires a degree in CS/Business Informatics, 5+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of WMS/WCS, PLC interfaces, and IT infrastructure. Travel across Europe is expected.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent; 5+ years in related roles.
• Customer- and solution-oriented with strong consulting and project management skills.
• Extensive experience in intralogistics focusing on material flow, warehouse design, and process optimization.
• Proficient in implementing WMS/WCS systems and automated warehouse technologies.
• Knowledge of software installation, configuration, testing, and development, ideally in C#.
• Strong IT infrastructure expertise (networks, servers, etc.).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to analyze and resolve customer issues.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues to achieve goals.
• Very good English skills (C1+)

Responsabilidades

• Creating and monitoring the IT project schedule.
• Serving as the point of contact for all IT-related matters throughout the project (Sales and Delivery).
• Drafting functional specifications and clarifying interfaces with internal/external parties.
• Working with the PLC specialist on control system integration.
• Planning and conducting internal tests and on-site commissioning.
• Preparing documentation and operating instructions.
• Conducting FAT and on-site commissioning, and handing over to the support department.
