T-Systems Iberia is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Expert to strengthen agile delivery and operational excellence within the ING organization. You will support multiple agile teams, enable reliable delivery of business and IT initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across a complex enterprise.

Ideal candidates will coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices, collaborate with distributed European teams, and foster transparency and self-organization within a hybrid work

Formación

• Must have strong experience as Scrum Master/Agile Coach in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with distributed and Europe/German teams.
• SAFe or other scaling framework experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective).
• Coach teams in agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Remove impediments and dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and team maturity.
• Support scaling and alignment across multiple agile teams.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, and self-organization.

Job Description

The project focuses on strengthening agile delivery and operational excellence within the T‑IAA ING organization. The Scrum Master / Agile Expert supports multiple agile teams in scaling agile practices, improving collaboration, and ensuring reliable delivery of business and IT initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.

• Activity description and concrete tasks:
