T-Systems Iberia is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to strengthen agile delivery across enterprise teams in a hybrid working setup. You will guide multiple agile teams, foster collaboration, and enable reliable delivery of business and IT initiatives.

The role focuses on Scrum, Kanban, and scaling practices with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and cross‑regional coordination. The candidate will support Product Owners, remove impediments, and drive continuous

Formación

• Experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams across Europe (including German teams).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Very good English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective).
• Coach teams in agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices.
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Remove impediments and dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and team maturity.
• Support scaling and alignment across multiple agile teams.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, and self-organization.

Job Description

The project focuses on strengthening agile delivery and operational excellence within the T‑IAA ING organization. The Scrum Master / Agile Expert supports multiple agile teams in scaling agile practices, improving collaboration, and ensuring reliable delivery of business and IT initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.

• Jira and Confluence.

• Activity description and concrete tasks:
  • Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective).

Qualifications

Must to have skills
