Wiz is looking for a Security Engineer for Product & Production Infrastructure who has 7+ years of experience in security engineering or security operations in cloud environments. You will collaborate with software development and DevOps teams to secure Wiz's products, CI/CD infrastructure, and production systems, while influencing the product roadmap through threat modeling and security tooling.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in security engineering or security operations in cloud environments.
• Strong AWS cloud security experience (also considers Azure/GCP with some AWS exposure).
• Experience with cloud-native Kubernetes services (EKS/GKE/AKS) and container security principles.
• Deep understanding of securing IAM and cloud identities at scale.
• Proven ability to lead security reviews, perform threat modeling, and translate findings into actionable controls.
• Hands-on understanding of web application security concepts (OWASP Top-10).
• Experience with IAC and related tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm, Pulumi.

Responsabilidades

• Lead threat modeling and security reviews across Wiz's products and cloud infrastructure, identifying attack surfaces and mitigation strategies.
• Build automation, policy-as-code, and security tooling to shift security left in development workflows.
• Design and implement secure baselines for cloud resources and Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Drive vulnerability management and remediation, prioritizing issues and implementing mitigations.
• Extend detection and response capabilities with scalable solutions to identify, triage, and remediate incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver secure-by-design solutions.
