Senior Product Manager

Your opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager to build web-based data products. Join our UX platform team, which develops the foundation for our observability platform. You should be adept at working with engineers, marketing, and executives, and know when to gather more data or make decisions. Experience in roles like architect or engineering leader is also valuable.

What you'll do

1. Drive product strategy for internal managed services, considering customer feedback, industry standards, and internal initiatives.
2. Engage with customers across Product, GTM, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand challenges and improve their experience with Demo Engineering.
3. Collaborate with teams to provide clear guidance, business context, and success criteria that meet customer needs.
4. Develop a rolling 4-quarter roadmap with Engineering, aligning key releases and adjusting based on results, demand, and resources.

This role requires

• 6+ years as a Product Manager
• Experience with infrastructure products like cloud services, networking, deployment tools, etc.
• Experience in large-scale SaaS environments
• Effective communication skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
