Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Spain is seeking a Monitoring Engineer (L3 Support) to join a hybrid Madrid team. You will implement observability across apps and infra, monitor real-time health, and drive proactive improvement initiatives within a collaborative DevOps/SRE environment.

The role demands 5+ years in monitoring/observability, strong English, and hands-on expertise with Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms.

• 5+ years of experience in Monitoring, Observability or Site Reliability-related roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
• Professional level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and configure observability and monitoring solutions across applications and infrastructure.
• Monitor application performance, system health and service reliability in real time.
• Analyze telemetry data, logs and metrics to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for long-term stability improvements.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE and application teams during incident resolution.
• Optimize observability dashboards, alerts and monitoring thresholds.
• Generate performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Drive proactive monitoring improvements and predictive analysis initiatives.

• Experience with APM solutions and distributed tracing technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud‑native environments, microservices and containerized applications.
• Scripting experience with Python or Bash.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional level of English.
• Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid)
• Office attendance: 3 days per week
• Work Schedule: 12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
