ESJ FedEx Express Spain, S.L.U. is seeking a Ramp Agent in Sevilla to support pre-flight activity coordination and cargo handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with warehouse teams, verify manifests, and ensure all safety and operational procedures are followed. The role offers training, development opportunities, and competitive compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating pre-flight activities to ensure prompt processing of freight and on-time departure of flights.
• Work with warehouse teams to meet flight schedules with efficient load plans.
• Verify cargo manifests and amend discrepancies.
• Prepare transit documents for un-cleared ground movement freight.
• Advise on required documentation for all freight movements.
• Enter accurate information into systems.
• Ensure pre- and post-flight checks comply with policies and safety standards.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinating pre-flight activities to ensure prompt processing of freight and the on-time departure of the flights
• Working closely with the warehouse teams under strict time deadlines and often in pressurized situations to meet flight schedules with most efficient load plans
• Verifying cargo manifests against system information and amending any discrepancies
• Preparing transit documents for all un-cleared ground movement freight
• Advising on the required documentation for all types of freight movements
• Entering accurate and timely information into systems
• Making sure all pre- and post-flight checks and activities are completed in compliance with operational, security and safety policies, procedures, standards, and processes
