Hayward Holdings, Inc. in Madrid is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to support the SIOP process. You will analyze ERP and supply chain data and develop Power BI dashboards to drive planning and inventory decisions.

You will actively support monthly SIOP cycles and contribute to cross-functional review meetings. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data analysis within supply chain, strong Power BI skills, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Dynamics), advanced Excel, and fluent English for

Strong Power BI experience with DAX, data modeling and dashboards.
Experience analyzing data from ERP systems to support demand planning and production planning.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate large datasets.
Fluent in English and able to present data to cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for SIOP and Supply Chain teams.
Analyze data from ERP systems to support demand planning, inventory, and production planning.
Track and report KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service level, and supply performance.
Support and facilitate the monthly SIOP cycle, including preparing materials and leading data-driven review meetings.
Identify risks, trends, and opportunities across the supply chain.
