Aldren is seeking an early engineer in Galicia, Spain to join the founding team and build an AI-native product for regulatory teams in pharma and biotech.

You will own the core product interface, design APIs to connect AI systems to the front‑end, and manage the data layer in a compliance‑sensitive environment.

Working directly with customers, you’ll translate user needs into fast, pragmatic product decisions while shaping the UX for an AI‑driven workflow.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience shipping full‑stack products end‑to‑end.
• Product-minded — you think about the user experience, not just the implementation.
• Shipped AI products (not exclusive to LLMs) — you don’t need to build the models but you know how to build around them.
• Ability to move fast without creating a mess you’ll regret in six months.
• Curiosity about hard, document‑heavy domains with high accuracy requirements.
• Experience in Pharma / Biotech a plus but, curiosity is more important.
