Formación

  • Demonstrate a teamwork mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in sales or administrative support positions; e-commerce expertise is a huge advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Trust and polite treatment over the phone.
  • Experience with design tools is a plus.
  • Experience working in dynamic AX or SAP is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the eStore.
  • Focus on converting offline customers to online orders.
  • Support offline and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update online product catalogs.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage eStore workflow and prioritize tasks.
  • Coordinate customer, product, and pricing data in the ERP.
  • Collaborate with management and IT teams for improvements.
  • Perform functionality tests of new eStore features.
  • Track and report monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Create corporate presentations and brochures.
  • Support cross-functional teams during holidays and peak times.
