Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Specialist for a full-time, onsite role in Athens, Greece. The candidate will engage business customers via outbound calls, identify opportunities, and drive sales to meet targets, with a fully paid relocation package included.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of outbound sales experience, strong communication skills, and are comfortable working toward KPIs in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) required.
• Good command of English (B2 or higher) required.
• Minimum 1 year of outbound sales and cold-calling experience.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.
• Availability to work onsite in Athens.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound calls.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and identify new sales opportunities.
• Understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through follow-up.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities; provide a professional consultative experience.
