A leading international recruitment agency is seeking a Dutch-speaking Account Strategist in Barcelona. You will design impactful Google Ads campaigns, manage client relationships, and maximize ROI. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Marketing or Communications and a strong understanding of the Benelux market. A full-time hybrid role with a salary of €24,000 to €30,000 gross/year plus bonuses is offered, along with relocation support and private health insurance.

Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Onboard and manage a portfolio of Benelux clients, building strong relationships and driving product adoption.
  • Develop strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and long-term performance.
  • Upsell and optimise client campaigns, increasing spend and engagement.
  • Analyse market trends, customer objectives, and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
  • Handle outbound calls daily, identify client needs, and provide tailored marketing solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR).

What you’ll do:

What we’re looking for:
  • Dutch C2 + English B2‑C1

  • Skilled in CRM tools, data analysis, and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads experience preferred).
