A full-time hybrid role with a salary of €24,000 to €30,000 gross/year plus bonuses is offered, along with relocation support and private health insurance.

• Develop strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and long-term performance.
• Upsell and optimise client campaigns, increasing spend and engagement.
• Analyse market trends, customer objectives, and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
• Handle outbound calls daily, identify client needs, and provide tailored marketing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR).

What we’re looking for:

• Dutch C2 + English B2‑C1

• Skilled in CRM tools, data analysis, and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads experience preferred).
