Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Barcelona, Spain (onsite)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers who have shown interest in the companys products or services.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Reinforce brand value while addressing customer questions, concerns, or hesitations related to product options, pricing, or features.
  • Gather key insights from customer interactions and document them clearly to support internal sales or account management teams.
  • Manage ongoing communication with prospects to ensure continuity in follow-up and offer-related discussions.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and ensure all customer interactions align with the companys brand image and values.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native/Fluent in Dutch (C1), with strong verbal and written skills. As well as, strong proficiency in English (at least B2).
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; further education in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management ideally within a premium, retail, or service-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with professional or executive-level clients.
  • Demonstrated interest in high-quality or premium products and customer experience excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive or commercial information.
  • Comfortable working with structured scripts, detailed call processes, and post-interaction reporting.
