In this role, you'll be instrumental in onboarding and engaging with high-potential companies, helping them harness the power of Google Ads . You'll build strong relationships, drive product adoption, minimize churn, and identify opportunities for growth within our customer base.

What You'll Do
  • Trusted Advisor : Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns .
  • Outbound Engagement : Make outbound calls to promote services, understand client objectives, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Campaign Setup : Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate impact and long-term success.
  • Growth & Upselling : Be responsible for increasing client spend and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Database Management : Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
  • High-Volume Interaction : Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
What You'll Bring
  • Language Skills : C2 level of Dutch and C2 level of English.
  • Experience : 2 years of experience in sales and / or marketing, with previous client-facing experience in high-stakes environments.
  • Education : BA / BS degree (MA / MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
  • CRM Expertise : Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems.
  • AI Integration : You regularly integrate AI tools into your workflow and use insights to personalize outreach.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Mindset : Self-motivated and proactive with a confident and determined approach.
  • Business Acumen : Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and support strategic decisions.
