Job summary

PrimeVigilance, part of the Ergomed Group, is seeking a Medical Information Associate with Dutch language to support the Medical Information team handling adverse events and medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients. The role requires a life science or healthcare background, strong English and Dutch, customer service experience, and the ability to work out-of-hours.

You will help ensure accurate, timely responses, contribute to PV inspections readiness, and support

Qualifications

• Life science or healthcare degree required.
• Customer service or call centre experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling inquiries by phone.
• Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide approved responses to medical enquiries from external customers in Dutch and English.
• Identify, document and report adverse events and product quality complaints within required timeframes.
• Ensure medical information enquiries are tracked and documented in the database.
• Participate in out-of-hours provision of medical information for a 24/7 service.
• Provide management with updates regarding project status and metrics.
• Assist in departmental regulatory inspection preparedness for the pharmacovigilance system and participate in PV inspections or audits.
