IQVIA is seeking a Dutch-speaking verifier to join our Madrid Production Hub, performing outbound calls to healthcare professionals and pharmacies to collect and update data according to project guidelines. You will work remotely from Madrid, contributing to data accuracy and quality.

Ideal candidates will be native Dutch speakers with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a diverse team with tight deadlines.

Formación

• Dutch native speaker required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication (phone and email).
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct verifications via telephone and email with healthcare professionals.
• Research sources to accurately fulfill verifications.
• Match new data against existing database records.
• Proactively alert the manager on any issue or deviation in procedures.
