What You'll Do:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing user needs efficiently
Provide timely and accurate resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold service levels
Collaborate with your team on exciting projects to enhance customer experience
Maintain detailed records of calls, ensuring compliance with service standards
Be ready to support other team members when needed, ensuring seamless teamwork and customer service
Stay up-to-date with our products and services, becoming an expert on what we offer
What Were Looking For:
️Candidates fluent in Dutch with strong English skills (B2 or higher)
️ 1+ years of customer service experience (automotive industry experience or familiarity with electric vehicles is a plus!)
️ Competency with IT platforms, MS Office, and basic internet configurations
️ A customer-focused approach with strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills
️ A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution or escalate when necessary
