A leading consultancy firm is seeking Economic and Impact Assessment Experts for short-term assignments within a new FWC contract focused on structural reforms in EU Member States. This role requires strong qualifications in economics or related fields, with extensive experience in impact assessments and knowledge of EU policies. Experts will evaluate implications of CRM measures and contribute to strategic decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in impact assessment.
  • Experience with EU resilience or green transition projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Assess the economic, social, and environmental impacts of proposed CRM implementation measures.
  • Conduct cost-benefit, risk, and resilience analyses.
  • Provide data-driven insights on local job creation and resource security.

About the Opportunity:

We are creating a pool of Economic and Impact Assessment Experts – CRM Transition for a new FWC Contract:

EC-SG REFORM/2025/OP/0001: Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member States.

Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the economic, social, and environmental impacts of proposed CRM implementation measures.
  • Conduct cost-benefit, risk, and resilience analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven insights on local job creation, supply chain effects, and resource security.
  • Contribute to stakeholder engagement and impact communication.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in economics, impact evaluation, or sustainability science.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in impact assessment, particularly in extractive or industrial policy.
  • Experience with EU resilience or green transition projects is strongly preferred.
  • Strong command of data modelling tools and policy evaluation techniques.
