Job summary

Entitat Social / Entidad Social in Palma, Mallorca, seeks a qualified Vocational Training Instructor to lead modules within a Dual Vocational Training program, guiding students toward earning the official qualification in auxiliary administrative and general services, on-site in Palma.

You will plan the methodology, teach Grade B modules leading to the Grade C certificate (ADGG0408), deliver IT and administration topics, and mentor students through their dual learning process.

Qualifications

• Intermediate vocational training degree (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan the methodology, instructional timeline and training contents.
• Teach and assess knowledge across Grade B modules leading to Grade C certificate (ADGG0408: Auxiliary Operations in Administrative and General Services).
• Deliver supplementary modules in essential skill areas: basic office software (CTRD0007), administration and reception operations (ADGG0010), and data protection and digital rights (ADGD0072).
• Mentor students through their dual learning process and monitor their educational development.
