Clue is hiring a DO-178C Embedded C Software Engineer to work on software for critical real-time aeronautical systems in a research and development environment. The role involves contributing to innovative electronic systems for the aerospace industry and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across software, hardware, and systems engineering.

Formación

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 3+ years of embedded software development under RTCA DO-178B/C.
• DAL expertise with safety-critical software targeting DAL C.
• Experience programming microcontrollers.
• Experience with RTOS or GPOS (VxWorks, PikeOS) and C language.
• Knowledge of IP networks and data buses.

Join us as an DO-178C Embedded C Software Engineer, where you’ll dive into the exciting world of software development for critical and real-time systems in the aerospace industry.

This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to pioneering R&D projects and develop solutions that push the boundaries of aeronautical software technologies.

What will you do?

• As part of a team of engineers, work on R&D projects within the aeronautical sector related to software technologies.
• Participate as a member of a team composed of software, hardware and systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost-effective and high-quality solutions for Clue products.
• You will be trained in software development, RTOS management, integration and testing of real-time electronic systems. You will receive practical and in-depth training in the intricacies of software development. Moreover, you will gain knowledge of managing real-time operating systems (RTOS) and acquire experience in integrating and testing real-time electronic systems.

What profile are we looking for?

Mandatory:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands‑on experience in embedded software development under RTCA DO-178B/C standards.
• DAL Expertise: Proven experience developing safety‑critical software targeting at least Design Assurance Level (DAL) C.
• Experience in programming microcontrollers
• Experience in GPOS (embedded Linux) or RTOS (e.g.: VxWorks, PikeOS)
• Experience in programming with C language.
• Experience with IP networks, data buses, Operating Systems, and Real‑Time Systems.
