Michael Kors is seeking a District Visual Merchandiser to uphold brand standards across an EU district. You will balance creative vision with commercial objectives, training stores and coordinating cross-department projects from showroom setups to seasonal campaigns.

The role demands at least 3 years of VM experience within premium fashion, strong planning skills, and the ability to travel extensively. English proficiency is mandatory; other languages are a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar VM role or managing VM in flagship stores.
• Experience with premium fashion brands and trend-led visuals.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, able to train store teams.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor monthly VM execution in stores and guide commercial strategies with partners.
• Prepare monthly photo decks, store visit reports, and weekly feedback.
• Lead projects with VM team and cross-functional partners (marketing, suppliers).
• Plan and oversee seasonal market campaigns across EU showrooms.
• Support store openings, relocations, and handover installations.
• Deliver VM training programs for base stores and districts.
